How long did it take before you grew your first batch of topshelf?

I've been wanting to grow ever since I started smoking and to be completely honest, it's the only thing I have passion for anymore it seems. I know the first few comments will most likely be flamers just blasting the idea of growing topshelf, it seems no matter what thread is started there will always be a troll to troll it.

So yeah, share your stories, I want to hear them. If you guys have journals to go along with the story I would love to see those too, it is hard to get into considering where I live everyone is so afraid of the police no one will talk about their grows or anything, for very good reason. So nevermind talking about it, it's hard to get involved with and learning without diving right in,

so what's your story?

I've been growing for 30 years,still in search of the perfect harvest. What I've learned is it's always a compromise,some good years some great years (BTW I'm an outdoor grower).Two basic requirements are patience and passion.

Man this is about the only thing I have patience and passion for anymore, 30 years with something I love sounds amazing, obviously it comes with the ups and downs, but when it's doing what you love, it will be worth it. Hopefully 30 years from now I'll be in your position giving the same tips.
