How long are people waiting to hear back from Health Canada ?

I'm pretty sure mine is at 6+ months now. Phoned, said its being processed. The person that filled out my forms missed a date on the first page (fuck) took them 4 months to send it back and I sent it one day UPS. Phone two weeks later and said its back in que at same spot as last time.

Ha ha, good question. That's why I wondered if anyone else has recieved the same notification. Guess I will call again Friday to see what they say. Cluster bleep for sure but what can ya do. Just another example of the government understaffing they do to save money.......too spend elsewhere. Lol.

This stage did not exist back when I got approved, it was "with an agent being processed" until the day they said it was mailed out.

Could be that it is all part of the same process. But instead of the generic term they decided to give me a bit more info. Sounds like it was checked over and is just going through quality control before it's printed. I going to call again tomorrow and see what they say.

I concur my last renewal was 2 weeks exactly...mailed in by doctor...4 months before MMAR was supposed to go away but never did...you could renew and change
and get ok'd in under three weeks.
There ZERO POINT in waiting now seeing as Rec is on the way?

About 3 weeks. They said same thing to me and it took about 3 weeks after that before I got it in the mail.
I submitted my registration February 9th, HC opened it February 14th, I received my registration on August 8th.

I had a great day. My doctor's permit for pot was running out soon so I contacted a clinic in Vernon, BC about getting signed up there. Seems the doc that signed last summer now works for them so I filled out an online form to get set up for a visit when I go out next week. Just on the off chance I phoned my local doctor yesterday and got an early appt today to get him to sign a medical release for the clinic. The same doc that refused 5 years ago signed me up for the same 8g/day tho. Back then he was new here from South Africa and told me that he did his internship in a mental hospital where most of the crazies were in there from smoking pot and he refused to sign so I was happily surprised today. The clinic in Vernon wants $249 for a 1yr "membership" tho say they give a cut rate for low income which is what I got in spades.
Now to file with Hellth Canada and I'll be good for 40 plants!

You are an idiot and should refrain from giving out legal advice.
First off it is the Crown that lays charges, not law enforcement. An officer, or anyone for that matter, can lay an information against a person and it will be up to the Crown to proceed with charges in the courts.
Second it is the truly sick who go scott free as you put it and not actors putting on a song and dance to get a script that allows them to continue peddling bunk. Truly bad con artists are easy to recognize through written word since theirs is mainly incoherent and unintelligent.
ACMPR isn't a problem and is far better than all previous systems the government has used for registration. Was much faster, less paperwork and most of all, relieved the anxiety of questioning legitimacy especially around MMAR. All those who think their old MMAR is still valid can think what they want but they should figure out that it would only provide a defense once you are in court.
Have fun paying the legal fees and going through all the hassles till you get your day in court. Then hope you get a sympathetic judge/justice that isn't government friendly that day to let you off with instructions to go file your ACMPR paperwork.
That's when the TSN turning point happens. Do you obey with you tail between you legs? Or continue the fight of your crusade that your invalid MMAR paperwork is more powerful than man's law? Please report back with your results...if you can
