How long after transplant...

How long is it good to wait to put plants into 12-12 after a transplant. They are the perfect size to bud, but i transplanted them only 2 days ago, how much longer should I wait, ik just dont want the plants to be stressed from transplant recoup.

thats what i figured to, i just want the roots to stabilize.
