How is the Silver Surfer vaporizer?

Hey, Ive had a Volcano for years and never use it because it is such a production and I dont like waiting for it to heat up and fill th echamber and all that shit then fill the bag with the noisey fan it takes 10 minutes of prep work to fill a bag and get a hit but its just so bulky and bothersome... Im sick of it goddamnit! I ordered a Silver Surfer the other night... it hasnt come yet and Ive never used one but from the video and reviews it seems quick and easy... Anyone have any comments on it? Im not even that into vaporizers i have a sick collection of custom made glass head pieces and use a phedor to light so i dont get butane tatse but sometimes i like to vape so wanted one for those situations... anyone have expierience with the SSV? Im stoked for it to come... anyone?

I want one too. What appeals to me (other than it's looks) is that the heating element is angled downward so nothing can fall out of the wandy thing, to me an obviously superior design. I hope some actual users comment.

Yeah I liked that too. I also like the fact that it seems like its more fullfilling then waiting for a bag to heat up... I dont know.. I llike the whole ritual of smoking herb... the volcano kinda kills that feeling, I feel like Im making popcorn or something... with the SSV it seems like... i dont know.. just seems more hands on I guess.... the volcano is like an appliance... I traded it for a half of sour d. fuck it...

The volcano works really well, they are just too inconvenient for me when i want to get high and relax... its such a project... the SSV seems like you can just sit back, hit the wand and be done... no putting bags away and emptying filling chambers and stowing away mouthpieces and all the stuff that goes with a volcano... just seems more my style... I always want the best, thats why i got a volcano and it is great, but wasnt for me...

And Ive used dome vapes in college back in the day and they suck, Ive used vapirs and they suck... vapor bros is ok but SSV seems better! Im psyched, ordered last night and it said 2 day ups shipping so maybe Ill have it by Saturday. Yay!

It did arrive! 40 hours after I ordered it online. Let me first say that it is awesome! Way way way easier to use than my volcano and way more effective in my opinion. I definitely reccomend it as I have tried lots of other vapes and owned a volcano for years and this is far easier and simpler and way more effective... I rode the wave at lunch and went back to work and co-workers thought I didnt feel well due to the way my eyes looked. To quote Keith Richards "I wasnt lookin too good but I was feelin real well"... two green thumbs up! peace

Sounds good, I just got The Extreme. One of the things that appealed to me other than the price is that there were a number of different ways to use it. You can bag it but you can also use the manual whip and that's much like smoking a pipe. Anyway I hope you're happy with your purchase. I like to hear about other people's vape experiences.

The SSV is an awesome vape but Ill never understand why vape lovers say that vaporizers conserve your stash??? I easily go through 3 times what i would smoking. Easily. I like them but Ill always prefer smoking. SSV does rock though as far as vapes go I think its the best.

I dont know about better.... different, and maybe longer. Definitely a different high vaporizing compared to smoking. For me anyway. And also I notice that I cant make out the different tastes as well as i can smoking. usually people say they can make out different flavors better with vaping but I never could. With vaping, no matter how different the herbs are, they always taste similar to me.. weird. i do like vaping, especially with my willie nelson edition SSV, its just that Id much rather pick up my sweet custom made molecular bubbler and hit it with a phedor for sublime tastes... and smoke... I do like vaping tho ... but prefer smoking

Hey how is the Extreme? I never tried that one. There are so many new ones. Do you like the Extreme? Is that a whip or bag vape?

Yeah, I meant a longer buzz. I see what you mean though, the quality of the buzz and the smoke is different.

I really like The Extreme although I haven't used any other vaporizers to compare it to. So far I've only used it with the manual whip. You can use it as a bag vape too. That's why it sounded like a good option for me because it's versatile so I can figure out what works for me. There are three fan speeds too.
