mine is measured by how friggin high I get after smoking a big fat stupid dubbie. But I think gas chromataphor-spelling is wrong

I like your answer betterThere are several appointed stoners in every country that smoke every strain and make an educated calculation and provide the results to the breeders. The breeders then advertise the results.
