How hot should.....

My grow tent stay with a 400 watt hps
and how far should i put it from me seedlings?








And can someone help me with a good ventalion set up
in a bed room apt

hps is not good to start off seedlings. you should use cfls and wen u flower use ur hps system well thats wut i would do

and those kinda set ups (hps or mh) should be 18 inches away from ur plant unless u have a good ventalation setup or a built in fan blowin on the plant

Get some cfl's from the hardware store. Say four 23 watt bulbs or more. Once a few weeks into full veg throw the hps into the mix. Just have some good ventilation to get rid of the heat.

well to start off you should have a therometer and measure the temp and hum. of the room before planting. the room idealy shouldnt get above 85degrees. plants stop veg. growing around 85 plus around 90 is wehn the plant will stunt and not grow at all.
