How good is CH9 gear?

Am thinking about ordering the the 'Tude. They have CH9 freebies.

Bubba Kush 33
White Shark 33
Jack (interestingly not the "33")

What are the good characteristics of CH9 gear? Anyone grown any of these CH9 strains?

Thanks in advance.

:peace:

these are the cheapest fems seeds around perhaps some of the ghs maybe cheaper , personally i wouldn't grow them, even if they are free
the dna genetics free seeds were a better offer imo, not a fan of fem seeds though m8 :)

Thanks skunkd0c.

I was debating whether or not to spend a bit more for the next UFO freebie. Sounds like missing it on this order is AOK.

I ordered my 5 Dinafem Blue Widow's and got 2 CH9 freebie's with my order... Humboldt & Aroma were the strains. Upon germinating all 7 seeds, the Aroma popped at the same time of 4 of the Blue Widow. The 5th Blue Widow & Humboldt both popped a day later. They all broke ground and all look healthy, they're only 4 days old... but from my standpoint they seem to be fine genetics, I don't know about the strain... whether or not it will hermie. But hey, a good germinated seed that broke ground and is showing roots at 4 days old is good with me. If you need to see check out the journal in my sig. Hope this helps :)

just wanted to say that while the ch9 beans might not be worth the order. if u spend over 20euro between the 4th and 7th, you will get: 2 reg DNA LA Con, 1 fem GHSC SLH, and 1 fem Barney Farm Pineapple Chunk.

Got a ch9 Greenbud 1 week from harvest.
It's ED Rosenthal super bud x humbolt.

She's got great bag appeal.
I'm happy so far.
Hope she smokes as good as she looks!

CH9 isn't the worse breeder, but for those particular strains especially at the price being offered, you can get something much better from Attitude.
I'd recommend a Bubba Kush from Greenhouse or Alphakronik. Attitude has a few specials going on so don't just order to get CH9 freebies, I think they are also offering a Kaliman special, Cali Connection, Gage Green, Dinafem etc. You'd have to go look because I don't know all of them. I just ordered for the November special.
I actually think that the White Shark 33 is one of their more well known strains so that's a good buy. But for Jack, dude, there are way better breeders. At the same price, TGA made a strain called Third Dimension which is a Jack the Ripper cross that is STRONG. Or check out Sweet Seeds which is less expensive, I had good experience with their Black Jack fem.

Actually, that is one of the three reasons I ordered. Pineapple Chunk, LA Confidential, and JTR. Got the JRT in seedling right now.

Sorry it was crushed. If you plan on ordering again, from what I've read here at this site they will replace it on the next order.

actually he's a thief who took test gear from e$kobar, fronted like he created it, and sells it to you as his work.

^ pete (ch9) is a french fraud.

WHOA! i haven't heard that intense a rant ever without someone saying KC brains! LOL

stealing gear happens. someone stole a cutting of white widow (i believe... or some other "elite strain") from a cannabis cup competition and resold it.

personally, i'm more concerned with how anything performs than it's history, though a breeder who's sketchy in one department is way more likely to repeat it in another.

i'd seen some favorable reviews for CH9 gear before, but if they really are crooked, i'm glad all of their beans i've gotten have been freebies it's a sort of justice maybe. the seed game gets muddled when some people even get upset about one breeder making a kockoff of another one's strain. i don't see ANY problem with that. if you sell seeds... you don't own them anymore and people are free to do whatever the eff they want with them. if anything... i kind of have issues with greedy breeders overcharging for their gear or the whole "i own this!" mentality i'm sure that's behind some breeders, at least, selling their stuff as fems only so their customers can't back cross it or use it to pollinate another strain that's better in some way.

human games, greed and politics SUCK! i'd like to see a world where we get back to bartering & haggling myself.

I bought direct from CH9, and had great success with Humboldt and Herrijuana. Humboldt is a feminized Lavender Silver Haze. Nice smell, easy grow, big yielder, about 65 day finish. I'd grow it again.

Did Herijuana Jack 33, like a right hook from Tyson powerful smoke and grapefruit/hashplant taste. One thing CH9 does is give credit to Breeders that he used the cut from... and he uses his own pictures from what I can tell. Currently in the process of their "flag ship" strain POW 33 (
POW x Aloha White Widow 1998 X Ch9 Jack33 ). Will update.

I'm on day 57 of flower with CH9 Humboldt. Plant has very dense & heavy nugs, lots of frost and smells like cracked black pepper. No problems with hermie on this one, and its looking to be great bud! Got it from the attitude freebee, and glad I popped it!
