I just tried my nutes on one of my plants I did 1/2 what the box said and I want to know how long should I wait before I use it on my other plants

how long does it take for a plant to show signs of root burn?

you should look into stuff before you do experiments like feeding to see how much it takes to "rootburn"(its nute burn, lol) a plant so you can use it on the others. you should find out on here first by asking questions like this and THEN act on the info. it depends on your soil when you should feed, it should be at least 3-4 weeks old b4 you even think of feeding it, and thats if the growth is nice and fast, dont feed a 3 week old little stunted seedling. start with 1/4 strength nutes and feed every 3 waterings. how old and big is the plant? what type of soil, hopefully not just plain old miracle grow w/o mixing in various things to make it more useable. that stuff comes loaded with nutes(too much to be truthful) what kind of fert you using? you might have to flush the hell out of your plant to save it from severe nuteburn depending on the questions i asked before answers.

2 months old around 2 foot tall

biobizz all mix soil

I used something like 1.25mg in a litre of water

nutes = miracle gro all purpose

It's all good asking people for advice but everyone seems to be so opinionated against everyone else, usually someone will say something worked perfectly and the other person will say not to do it..

n/m, your good, just give 1/4 does at first and slowly work your way up. all sounds well, they are ready for nutes, you probally coulda started nutes a few weeks ago if you had wanted.

Yeah I know but I didn't actually have nutes then and I wanted to wise up and be a bit more sure,

could you tell me if its possible for me to mix miracle gro all purpose with big bud bloom booster?

Most growers frown on miracle grow, because it has a tendency to cause burn.

At that size it might take a bit to see the burn (if its bad it might show up quick). I've really only ever experienced it with smaller plants (5 inches or less and only 4-5 nodes), and then I can tell within a day or so at most. If the signs are obvious within a day to a day and a half I figure it is bad enough to worry about. If it takes longer than a couple of days, then I usually ignore it, because the damage is done, but its probably not serious enough to warrant drastic actions.

Like I said, it will probably be different for plants your size. They have the ability to use those nutes a lot faster.

Of course you can mix the two, but what are you trying to achieve - other than the fun of mixing two things together? I'm guessing that your approach is based on - guessing.
The likelihood of over-fertilizing is huge, compared to the opposite, and to your mixing-question. If you use one product - sparingly, for a week or two, and then change to the other, you might be able to tell if there is a difference, and which product does what - something that might come in useful in the future. Based on which exact compounds the different products are made up of, you may also inadvertently have reactions that are unwanted by mixing the two.
Unless you feel strongly about the mixing-thing, I'd say one at a time.

Cheers, i'll feed one with miracle gro all purpose, i'll feed one with bid bud bloom booster and I wont feed the other one

and i'll see how it goes

the reason I thought about mixing is to get more nutrients and more of a variety but I trust your judgement over mine anyday so yeah cheers for the advice :)
