How Early can I spray Neem on plants?

My girls are about 3 weeks into vedge and whiteflies have been spotted. Is this too early to use Neem?

Hi how are you today? The bottle should have the directions on it, but i would think a very weak mix would work well, or a soap spray made from Fels-Naptha soap, with warm water to dissolve the soap then let it cool. The wifey says that the neem oil may be a little drastic at the stage of growth you are in. There will be more people to help very soon, I don't deal with bugs often enough so i asked the wifey, shes all about the bugs lol. She was out taking pictures yesterday of some new beetle she had never seen to identify it LOL. Hope it helps MD.

yellow sticky traps work well for whiteflies and fungus gnats.
as long as you aren't running sterile, mosquito bits work well, they release a bacteria harmless to people that kills larvae, sprinkle it on top of your pots and water through it.
the best thing to do for flies and gnats is to make sure the top 3 inches of your medium dries out well between waterings.
