How does my 9 day old girl look?

Thanks guys! I'm pretty proud of her. Couldn't have done it without the help on here.

Fan is outside the picture. I don't have an oscillating fan. I have the air bouncing off the back wall. It seems like the air blows through nicely. I'm moving her to a new home today. I have run out of height adjustment where she is at. I put together a little closet out of one of those portable greenhouse things. Its pretty nice. Its about 5 1/2 feet tall. I lined it with the shiny insulation and put the blackout cover over the whole thing. $39. was a real bargain too! I'll post a pic after she's moved.

Very interested to see the new home! Sounds like a bargain!

I don't know where you are at, but up north, Wegman's has them. Amazon might too. If you like the pics I'll send you the info on what it is.

Here is the pics of her new home. I think she's going to like it. Plenty of room for expansion. I think I need to get rid of the desk lamps and add a couple more clipons._DSC2108.jpg_DSC2109.jpg_DSC2110.jpg
Only thing I'm worried about is possibly heating up in there. I got to keep an eye on her for a couple of days. There is a flap in the back to let heat out. I opened it up from the start. I figure a little cool is better than too hot.

I have the exact same lights that I had before. But the reflective stuff is about 2 feet closer on each side. It is very bright. I'd love to see what its like in there when I put the front reflector on and zip it up!

Wow that thing is perfect! What a fit for the aerogarden! I'll need to check out Lowes, Homedepot and amazon for it. Its a flowerhouse plant tower right?

your girl is looking nice, I like the mini greenhouse can't remember if you said or not but are you putting it in a closet? keep up the good work the fun is really about to begin!!

Do you think the supports at the top of the greenhouse could support a few lights? I too may have to pick one of those up to try out.

Is the company's webpage that makes it. Maybe somewhere on there they say where you can get it. It is surprisingly sturdy for something that just snaps together. It can definitely support several of those clamp lights. After being set up for an hour the temp was up to 80 degrees. So I put an "out" fan on top just inside the vent flap and the temperature promptly came down to around 75.

Nope, not putting it in a closet. Its just in the finished part of my basement. As my wife calls it, " in my man cave"

Haha nice, I need to work on my man cave. I only asked because I was wondering about light leaks I use 20/4 light schedule and wanted to see how it blacked out.

I think the combination of the reflective insulation that I wrapped it with and the blackout cover that comes with it its pretty good. And, being in my basement there is really no light entering the room from outside either. Also, because I'm growing a auto flower any light that might come in during the 4 hours that the lights are off won't really hurt it.

What a cool little set up Mark!! If you can keep temps in line it should do great...You wouldn't want one of those cfls falling and setting that on fire...I love it...nice and tight...I bet you could run a small HID in there....Maybe a 250w, HIDs make a big difference in bud density....nice bro..

Thanks. I think its going to work out. Seems like I got the temp stabilized. Except it went down to 63F during the 4 hour lights off. Do you think thats okay?

Oh and thanks for the cage answer.

Added 6 more 23/100W 2700K Cfl's to a total of 10 tonight. Plus the Aerogarden light. I think that should be plenty of light for 1 plant!

I got the stuff to try to make Mr.Natural's bulb cages too. I'm afraid to get the bulbs much closer without them. Hope I can figure out how to make them. I'm about as mechanical as a bowl of oatmeal! But I have been getting better with age!

She does look awesome! Eating and drinking like crazy. About 1/3 of a gallon a day. IMO that alot for 1 plant.

The guy at the Hydro store talked me into switching to GH nutes instead of the FoxFarm. Should I finish this grow with FoxFarm? Or won't switching matter? My feeling is she is doing good. Don't fix what isn't broke!

I've learned already there are very strong opinions on both sides of which nutes to use!

She started flowering 8 days ago. When should I start to see the "vigorous flowering" as stated by the seller?

How soon should bud formation start? Anybody have a link to a picture of a VERY young bud?

Obviously I'm not one to take advice from, but I would just stick to the nutes you've been using, for this grow at least. They seem to be working just fine.

I can't wait to smoke some of this! I've been completely out for about three weeks now. I'll probably get super buzzed!

do you have a recommendation for a 250 w HID? I doubt my wife will be happy about me spending the money, but you never get ANYTHING without asking after 28 years of marriage! LOL! Maybe for the next grow. I got some more seeds. Leaning toward a pineapple chunk.
