Its usually either "days from sprout" or "days into flower"....you can also say "day # of veg or flower"... in your case, it looks like you mean days from sprouting, or breaking soil...germination times vary with many factors and thus is not helpful to include when stating what day your plant is on

There is no magical day x that a plant is good to harvest. Every plant is different every enviroment is different.

Get yourself a microscope or really good magnifying glass type machine/apparatus and learn to read signs from the plant. You can even control to a point the type of high produced from the plant by time of harvest

Radio shack has a 30-100x lil' handheld device that's economical unless you want to get one that does movies/etc or is capable of 800x for checking the underside of leaves. (Of which the 40-800x USB model runs about 100 bucks. the 30-100 runs closer to 35. (USD)

I start counting when it breaks ground and the first set of leaves open up. Flowering, on the other hand, it more subjective outdoors since you don't have the 12/12 flip to go by. You need to go by when the first true hairs emerge. Not preflowers.

It's more or less just for reference purposes anyway. She's done when she's done.

Ok ku thanks again i had a question what is 12/12 mean ? Don't know what that means .
First number is amount of hours 'on' (in a row) second number is 'off (also in a row) .. 18/6 would mean 18 hours of light, 6 hours of darkness.. so on that premise - 12/12 is 1/2 of a day on, 1/2 off..
