How do you clean your COBs, Strips, Boards, etc?

I have been running COBs for about 5 years and strips for about 3 or 4. Never cleaned them. I have been spraying more than usual recently due to a pest issue and although I dont spray directly onto my lights I am sure they are getting a bit of overspray on the diodes.

What is the safest, most effective way to clean the diodes themselves? I am assuming Iso Alcohol would be good but keen to hear what other users do. What kind of cloth do you use to clean, what cleaning product?

Does @Greengenes707 ever post here anymore? what do people think?

Cheers!

Not only do we reccomebd iSopropyl alkee-haul, the manufactures do to. That's all you need
Greengene only comes here to start Shit with people, throw shade on people's grows, and when he wants to find something someone has said he doesn't agree with so that he can argue.

I wouldn't be one bit surprised, if a 99 cent bottle of 91% ISO, would sell for $15, if you printed some labels and renamed it COB cleaner.

EDIT: 5000W LED Cleaning Solution: couple drops of of red food coloring, couple drops of blue....
