How do my girls look for week 5 in flower?

Hey guys its my first real attempt at growing and they look pretty good to me but would like a few more opinions also any gusses on how long i might have left until harvest. and lastley will the colas swell up more seems like they kinda slowed down the past week

looks good. you probably have a month or more before harvest. the buds will start to look like they are not growing anymore, but don't be fooled, they continue to swell and be patient until the exact day that seems best, probably around 9 weeks of flowering. but look at the trichomes with a loupe or magnifying glass to see when to harvest.

the darker Green is wifi and the lighter green is a plushberry x GDP

Looking good.. If you're on week 5, I'd give them 3-4 more weeks for sure. At least.

Reduce the amount of ferts by just a smidgen and you should be good.
You might want to consider bending them a little in order to get as many bud-sites as close to your CFLs as possible.
Try to level your canopy a bit.
