How do I vent my 150w hps?

What are some cheap methods to vent the heat/smell from my cabinet.

I'll have to post pictures of my cabinet two. It is an entertainment center with like 2 sections, and I'm not sure if i should hack out the middle board to get a bigger flowering room

One cheap venting method is using 12v computer case fans. Just wire them up to a 12v cell phone adapter and you are good to go. You'd have to do a little research to figure out how much intake and exhaust you'll need plus how to rig it all up (ducting, mounting the fans, etc). Depending on the size of your grow space, the computer fans might not be adequate...again, research will tell you this.

As for smell, carbon filter. A lot of people make their own and I've seen a lot of good DIY posts in the forums on how to make them (it's how I made mine).

If you can get a picture of the cabinet and the dimensions I'm sure more seasoned people on here can chime in with a lot of useful info.

Also...there is an odor control thread and I believe one on ventilation stickied at the top of one of the forums...those will be good places to start your research.
