Too many details missing but good luck.
What's missing I have a 8 bucket Rd WC and I am running heavy 16 I've been running the same nutes for like 2 weeks now haven't touched it so it's time to change and clean it while I have time only question I'm asking is how to use H2O2 do I poured a half a cup in there and let it run for like an hour to and then drain my res and everything else and then clean it because I know H2O2 will kill my Benny but I want everything dead so I know there's no bad anything in my res or my buckets my only question is how much do I use or how long do I use it let it run I mean not really sure what you so confused about

I've never NOT used it. Mix your nutes, then mix it in VERY LAST. (unless your running microbes like mamoth p). Then h202 before them.
Go with what it says. 3ml/gal. I've never changed my res this run. I did last run every Single week. I'm finding it unnecessary now though. Just mix it in with any new nutes or straight ro you add.

With the plants in the system?

With no plants use as much as you want. I personally would just run bleach through if I wanted everything dead because you would have to rinse either one. If I was worried about pythium I'd just use Botanicare Hydroguard.
Bleach is Terrible. DON'T USE IT. It leaves a toxic film that will fuck up EVERYTHING. H2o2 is Wonderful. I highly reccomend it to anyone doing dwc/rdwc as a preventative. Also, I've only had experience with Nutri-Life 29% Brand.

Have used it for years when cleaning all my cloners I'll bleach then run h2o2 then run water and perfect Everytime. Used to just h2o2 but started having issues with not killing everything thoroughly tho

If going from like veg to flower I just emptied and refilled when I ran dwc and I know a bunch that do as well I just cleaned after each run before a new plant was placed in that spot

So i shouldn't have bought it
Personal opinions will differ but if you know your Rez doesn't have bad bacteria or risk of it a simple drain and fill should be no problem. Hell had a buddy who only drained half way on his 56 site current culture system. Switched away from it to tupur because we pull more but ya if your keeping good res temps and beneficial bacteria shouldn't need to clean till end of flower

This is my first Hydro run I use heavy 16 and with heavy 16 they say not to worry about heat PPM or pH so I don't know I haven't checked my plans have been growing going pretty well I just want to change the rest because I haven't changed it since they've been in there with that said how do I use H2O2 I want to kill everything in there so I know for a fact there is no bacteria or disease then I will fill my res backup using my under current culture veg a n b and roots

I'm not confused at all since I've used h2o2 plenty, if you'll understand h2o2 comes in different concentrations and you were not clear on just what concentration you had so therefore your question really can't be answered accurately without that one detail, but as I said, good luck man.

What I do sometimes is dump the whole res, and clean it out with a strong H2O2 solution. I then put a few gallons of H202 solution in the clean tub, and set the pump to recirculating it back into itself for 15 or 20 minutes. Then I rinse the rub, flush the pump by running clean water through it, and refill the reservoir. This uses less H202.

You can do it with bleach too, but I prefer hydrogen peroxide.
