How do I STOP plants from growing taller???

when topping make sure you cut after where the nodes are not lined up off go a few set up this will make sure you have some good new main cola bud sites

Why? With your height restrictions, I would have started them flowering LAST week. I started my TW on 12/12 at 10" and they are almost 4 feet tall and still growing. You're going to get a lot more than a foot of growth when you change the lighting, better start tying them down or topping substantially. Otherwise, I'd say you're fucked.

Squeeze the tops of the plant hard for about 30 seconds then when you let go it will fold over on it self.Supercropping this will force the plant to grow back up but put a tiewrap around the bend.But not to tight..tyke.........
