How do I speed up harvest?

Hi all, newbie here. I'm growing my first plant. It's indoors with LED lighting. It's afghan or afghan skunk.

Anyway, it's taking a ridiculously long time to grow, it's been months. I have buds grown but the pistule type things wont go cloudy. I'm in Australia, sunrise at 6am, sunset at 8pm. Theres been hot weather and humidity lately which seem to make my plants branches sag. Even the main stem is starting to keel over.

So I'm on this forum to learn how to speed up harvest time. I was using 12/12 lighting but just changed it to 10/14 because there is still some ambient light before and after those times.

Guys, am I doing the right thing? I would muchly appreciate any advise to speed up harvest.

personally i just use 12/12 to flower. ive heard of people who do 10/14 in the last two weeks to "speed" up flowering but idk i stick to 12/12 because its not a broken method

do you have a picture of your plants?

i mean the flowering process isnt a short process really...depending on the type of marijuana you have as well it can take several weeks
you say they have been flowering for months? ... like how many ?

i mean really honestly patience is key. its a plant its not something you can just force to become ripe
you dont get to the control those aspects. its done when its done.

next time choose a short flowering strain

hot weather above 85*F will make your plants grow hair not solid buds indoor plants you can let flower for at least 2-3 months...LED lighting youll never finish :)

I have a friend from CAL., very professional, and he has a six week cycle in flower.
His production and Bruce Banner are unimpeachable, but he does do a six week cycle.
I don't know how yet, but this thread might have some hope.
FYI Bruce has an 8 week cycle.

The strains I have grow airy and lose in the summer above 85, and I never have heard of finish under LEDs.

Discover how to time travel. I wouldn't recomend messing with the light cycle, youre taking away important hours of photosynthesis for your plant
