How do I make my own Headband?

A few years ago I got some seeds a the hemp fest in San Jose. When I grew them out, they didn't get me high like Headband. I got high and it was great, but it just wasn't the Headband high that I like. Don't get me wrong, I like to get all giggly and talkative, but I was missing the creativity. I had some Wagyu last year, and that was great. I was all rapping and jamming on my guitar and it was fun. I can't find those strains anymore. Some people say they have in a vape pen or 'trates, but I like to bong away on some flower.
I have some OG Kush, and Sour Diesel. Do I take the pollen from OG K and fertilize the Sour D or do I get pollen from Sour D and fertilize OG K? What makes it Sour OG and what makes it Headband?

i just did a quick google search about sour og vs headband and google says
"Sour OG, also known as 818 Headband, is a cross of two legendary strains -OG Kush and Sour Diesel."
when i googled 818headband vs headband google says that 818 is a cut of headband that came from the cali connection and it says this about 818
"818 is a cross of SFV OG IB (inbred line) and Sour Diesel. It’s sometimes referred to as Sour OG."
than google said that theres a 707 headband that came from DNA genetics and has been renamed sour kush.
please if all my information is wrong don't hate on me just correct me i just google searched all this info so if its wrong my bad lol.
after more google searches i came too conclusion that 818 headband is sour og and 707 headband is sour kush.

You are helping. I could never hate on someone trying to help. I understand that I need to cross OG K and Sour D, but I don't know what male I should use. If anyone has made a successful Headband strain, I would like to know what they used for the father. I'm going to try both. I'm just trying not to reinvent the wheel, if someone knows, how its done. Please forgive me, if I didn't make myself clear. English is not my first language.
Just for my curiosity, why is your micro grow secret?
Also, how micro is your grow? I have six plants flowering. Am I running a nano grow?

Is the real original headband not just another name for the original diesel aka day wrecker? I thought this was just another name for that obviously till seedlines popped up all mostly being og x sour on paper

you should try to get a cut of Loompas Headband. Or something with it as the mother, Bodhi used to do some crosses with it and probably others have as well.

Mota rebel has SFV og BX1 on backstock on their new site cheap. You could cross that with diesel if you want SFV in it.

Id say you really don’t need to be taking this project on as others do what you are thinking about.
If you are only running six plants you have no show at making a decent headband. NONE
Seriously you can’t run 3 regs of diesel and three regs of OG and expect to ‘make headband’.
Just buy tested seeds from someone already doing it.

Unless your really lucky op i have to agree with him here you need to run numbers if your gonna stand a chance of finding the killer parental plants sure you could luck out but the odds of this running lower numbers especially are pretty low on a side note karma dod some good crosses with headband maybe look into that stuff

It could be you had loompa's headband (the smoke that blew you away), which isn't the same as the og x sd crosses that also go by the name headband.

I would buy Headband from PSB, 3 seeds. I would also buy the 707, the 818 and random others from different seed vendors and try them all and see which one is closest to what you had...

Can I just break out my decorticator and weave my own headband? I would love to buy every offshoot of every headband crossbred seed, but I only have so much room. How did the first guy make headband? Probably the same way I'm trying. To all you nay sayers, I'll quote John Locke from Lost: "Don't tell me what I can't do." I'm not trying to grow a fuji apple from red delicious seeds. I'm growing cannabis and if some have the proper profiles, couldn't I get lucky? Maybe not. At least I'm having fun. You can have fun too, tell me that I'm going to fail or distract me by having me look up silly fly by night seed companies.
I sincerely hope, negativity that you put into the world, never comes back to you. Have your fun. I'm going to keep doing what I want. If you want to discourage, keep on keeping on. I would like to hear from people that have something to add. If you wanna be negative, I'll read that too. Keep negativity alive! Some will be encouraged, and some will quit. I feel inspired. Thank you. I'll post my progress if I have any. One of my Sour Diesel plants is just starting to flower. I don't have any pollen yet, but I'm patient.

Hell yeah do it! I hope you didn't find my comment negative. I only wanted to say there's been multiple plants over the years going by the name headband, so OG x SD might not be what you had experienced and you're trying to recreate. Although it very well could be. Certainly those are two strains worthy of putting together. You might find some excellent stuff in there.

I'm not a naysayer, go for it. Buy the seeds and pop them, keep clones and test them and do it again and again, best of luck. Eventually you'll find something fabulous.
