how do i go about growing SCROG?

this is kind of sad to ask, but ive only grow naturally straight up. how the hell do i go about scrog? looks like u get alottt of finished product with keeping height down. i would love to try and scrog 2 plants out of 4 and compare the yields. please help!

With scrog when u train the plant do u want to do an over under sort of thing with the branches and the wire? Or do u kind of just wait for the branch to grow and pull it under and tuck it down there. I'm just not sure on the process of training them I don't know wether to do like an in and out sort of thing through the wire with the branches or to just keep all the wire above the stretching branches and keep the branches 100% under the screen and just let the little bud sites grow through all aroun the same height?? Please try to explain it clearly to me guys lol I'm brand new to scrog
