How do i get my cannabis card?

I kno i need to be referred by a physician but i kinda wanted to know step by step on wut i should really do and how to do it right..

you need to decide on a doctor who is known for prescribing it - you will first want to visit your regular doctor and then ask for a copy of your chart that says that you have already been examined for the condition you want the cannabis for.. it should cost around $100 and another $100 every year to renew..
