how do i fix this?

So yesterday i noticed some lower leaves yellowing and thought it might be a N deficiency so i gave her some good grow nutes with plenty of N. but today its actually worse and now you will notice some light colored spotting. overall it doesn't really look that healthy. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like a possible ph issue, I would also get them in some bigger pots.. Thats not the problem but just an observation.

no i can guarantee its not a ph issue unless having a neutral ph will cause that to happen

Hiya Cb. Have you got any Drainage holes in the bottom of those cup's? they look a bit too wet to me...

yeah i do but i just just watered them last night. so that might be why but i dont think they are overwatered

How often have you been watering them and how much fert's have you been giving them?

how often are you feeding them? you could have given her to much N

also, What lights are you using and how close are they? and what are your Temp's Day/Night?

Yellowing in between the veins is usually a Mg def. that starts on older leaves. If your soil is neutral then try adding Epsom salts. 1tbsp/gallon

how are you testing your soil's ph?
