How do I Break Up Sticky Bubble Hash While Drying?

I ran some bubble hash the other day, squeezed the moisture out with the drying screen, chopped it up and laid it on a plate to dry. I know it's not supposed to be pressed until dry. The problem is, I scraped it up a few times with a razor blade to turn it so it dries evenly, and now it has all stuck together in a rock hard ball. So basically it was pressed while quite wet still. How do I get it back to the granular consistency so it dries properly? It is also extremely sticky, very hard to work with.

Just chop it up as fine as you can with a razor blade & let it dry for a few hours or overnight. Some prefer to use a microplane but I don't see the need unless you are processing a shit-ton of hash. You can press it when it's dry but I only use the heat from my hands in some parchment paper & then press into a pyramid shape I try to cure in a little jar for a couple weeks... But it never lasts that long. It'll smoke fine with or without pressing but for advanced info on pressing see Frenchy's cannoli posts

Freeze it solid as a rock then put it in a coffee grinder and grind it up to dust then reform it however you want

This is butchery…….
Put it in the fridge for a few minutes and it will be much easier to work. You may have to do it a few times. Avoid touching with your hand, it will bring the resin back to stickiness.
