how deep should i burry this clone?

I just got another clone for my closet setup and i currently have 1 WW thats about 4 inches. the other clone is much taller than the WW and i heard that burrying the plant up to the first set of leaves is ok to do.. I want to make them close to the same height so is it ok to burry it to the first set of leaves?

bury it an inch, let it rock. i used a scarring technique, which requires taking a razor blade and kinda just creating a "paper cut" effect if you will, basically, lightly cut around the bottom of the stem while it's in rooting hormone treated water, and MAN did i get BADASS results. huge fuckin roots... HUGE, just, bulky crazy roots, has like 3-4 sections as thick as the main tap root... if you use scarring, bury it as high as the scarring.. if not.. still bury it an inch
