I started my first aerogarden grow a few days ago. I've got the hood and 4 100W CFL, two on each side. Each light is 1600 lumens, 6500K, daylight, and I have two bulbs in each reflector on each side of the Aerogarden. How close should I place these 100W bulbs from the seedling and how close do I need to place the Aerogarden hood?
How close to place 100w CFL to plant/seedling?

As close as you can without burning it. CFL's lost effectiveness over distance. 2-4 inches is prime
Why are you doing that? If you have a hood with three flat high intensity CFL's you shouldn't need additional light.
