How can i grow 4-8 plants legally in Boulder CO?

If not legally what are the penalties for gettin caught with 4-8 plants?

you do have medical marijuana laws... there's even dispensaries, no need to go to a dealer.... get a card and grow 6 plants......here's the details, according to NORML:

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Patients who possess written documentation from their physician recommending the use of marijuana and are registered with the state and issued an identification card may legally possess no more than two ounces of marijuana or no more than six marijuana plants.

DO IT!!! go to a doctor, tell em to get you a card...

I see well since im a minor (17) is it still possible to get a card, I've spoke with my father and he said he'd sign any thing I need to get one, is this possible? Or do I HAVE to be 18?

Sorry bro, your not old enough to make those choices, If your dad tries to get you a card the Child Protective Services will take you away and put you in a foster home while pops goes to prison, not to jail , but ass raping prison. Wait til your an adult.

If the world was run by me, you could grow all the weed you wanted, unfortunately you live in a legal world where you have no choices really until the government sees you as a bona fide adult capable of making decisions for yourself.

I dont think child services will take me away considering i was just lookin up statistics and some cards prescribed were to minors, then it said (under the age of 18) so...muah
