how big will these lil girks get in rockwool

Whats up RIU! so im starting a lil flood and drain tray with rockwool, my question is how big of a plant can I expect out of a solo cup fool of rockwool or a 4x4x4 cube ? And which would be better. Ill be ggrowing 14 critical mass bagseed straight in 12/12 . Im not expecting much at all. Maby 14 grams per plant if I get any good girls ? This is just for fun.

You would be better off with the 4x4x4 cubes. The cups would limit your roots. You will get some amazing and fast growth with hydro.
