How big of a carbon filter do I need?

So I have a room that's about 1800 cubic feet and was wondering how big of a carbon filter do I need. Like if I got a 600cfm filter it would take 3 minutes to completely exhaust the air from the room. Is this OK? How often do you need to exhaust the air from the room? Thanks.

Sounds good; Your air can be recirculated, and you don't neccesarily HAVE to exhaust it, but people usually like to just exhaust their hot air, versus trying to cool it.

Plants put off oxygen and deplete CO2. As long as there's plenty of CO2, and the air is cooled to stay under 85-82 degrees, you should be fine. You could probably get away with a smaller fan 600CFM though; just mount it up high where heat rises, and keep a slow steady exhaust, and your temps could be optimal depending on the temps of your intake.

You don't need a lot of cu.ft/sec. I mean a little negative pressure is as good as a lot.
