how big is a m2?

1 M2=appx 10ft2, or just larger than a 3'x3'area horizontally not vertically. 1 GPW( Gram Per Watt) is what most people shoot for, and most never get there, you'll get closer to .25GPW on your first run until you get used to it..soo about 100G or 4 oz off that 400 your first run.

Breeders list their yields/potency from the best plant they grew out of possibly hundreds, grown under optimal conditions. That 400G in a M2 is probably under a 1000W light.
Your vertical height will be determined by your height under your lights, plants will stretch 2-3X their size when they flower, so if you have 40" of flowering height total you'd want to start your flowering when your plants are appx 10-12" tall, but in your situation that wouldn't be good because the 400W light won't penetrate 20+'"into the plants.

Does time matter or are you willing to veg them out for a little longer? If you SCROG 2 plants in a 3'x3' area under the 400, keep your canopy depth to around 12" to get full penetration from that 400, learn your strain by growing it for a couple cycles and keep your environment decent you might consistently get 10 oz+ out of it.

Jersey buddy, do yourself a huge favor and get a book or two to study. I do not mean for this to be taken as an insult because it isn't....but you definitely have alot of learning to do. I won't lie, your plant looks very much like my first indoor plant I grew before I really had much experience and I was able to rescue the poor lil gal before I flowered here out she was looking wonderful. It isn't too late for your plant, it can still turn around into a beautiful healthy plant, but her owner needs to learn as much as he/she can before its too late.

Let me know if you are unable to find any books. I'll figure out a way to send you a couple PDF's

I would say to get or build a tent. What will you do when the monster 3-4 oz plants starts smelling up your whole house? I went to home De Pot and got 2x4's and black plastic to build a sturdy tent. Get some exhaust fans and a carbon filter, line the tent with mylar. Keep your wires away from water/moisture. and off the floor so you dont have an accident tripping and spilling water on your ballast. I got beans if you need, homemade crosses you are welcome to, if you come to the city. Just PM me.

I think u need start again with the 400w man get 4 good fem seeds
Get 4 , 3 gal pots
Get some potting mix and perlite 50/50 mix in the pots
Remove the mirror from grow area
Set a sheet on the floor under pots use pot bases under ur pots start ur seed as I said before
Once they sprout feed plain water till there about 6 inches tall feed about 1 cup of water when u can stick finger 1 inch down and it dry do not overwater
Then start on 1/2 str nutes till there about 1 foot then goto full str grow plant about 2 foot tall lst it nice
Then flip 12/12 make sure u have complete darkness no light leaks and grow some nice buds
If u do as I have suggested I reakon u will pull 8 to 12 oz
I norm get about 10 to 12 oz a grow takes 4 months under a 400w from seed

Do not over feed do not fck with em 2 much

If u want the exact nutes I use ask

If your just starting to grow and in soil take your total watts of your lights and divide by 2. That will be your best bet without being really dissapointed. Experienced growers can pull close to a g/watt in hydro with good genetics so if u get roughly half of that you have had a successful start. You'll learn better training methods and positioning of your lights as you go.

Op. 400 grams is like 14 ounces. You aren't going to get that off one plant. Seed companies don't say your going to get that off one plant they say you can achieve that if you have a full square meter of canopy. And just because it says that, doesn't mean your going to achieve it. Growing weed isn't easy, requires a lot of time and patients and research. Invest the time and research before you go wishing with hopes and dreams.

if you grow them long enough get them big enough in veg even the normally lower yielding phenotypes could produce 14 oz indoor pretty easy
but it makes more sense to grow more smaller plants in the same space ,
its not easy getting 500g m2 colas have to be very close to each other but it can be done
