how big do you think my babies have the potential to be?

I had a few failed attempts at growing seedlings over the past 6 weeks but I have finally got it figured out, I think. As of today they areabout 2" tall with a first pair of real leaves that are nearing twice the size of the round leaves. They look healthy as can be... all but 1 of my germinated seeds sprouted which is awesome considering I have 36 seedlings. They are in jiffy cups. I am going to transplant them into quart containers soon.

Once they are vegging and outgrow the quart containers I will pick about 12 or so of the healthiest to go in 1 gallon containers. At this point Im hoping I will be able to sex them; if so 4 of the best looking females will go into my holes in the ground. If not 4 will go into the ground and 4 will go into 5 gallon buckets.

Seedlings are in some organic soil i got from the hydro shop that is essentially the same as promix and i added a little worm castings and are being fed with 1-2ml of root juice/liter of distilled water.

My holes are 5 cubic feet (roughly 2.5 feet deep and 2.5 feet in diameter) and filled with a 1:1 ratio of vermiculite, perlite, spagnhum peat moss, top soil, and composted cow manure. They also have 1 cup blood meal, 1/2 cup bone meal, 1 cup pennington fast acting lime (5-10 times as strong as pulverized dolmite, its mainly calcium carbonate), a few pounds of worm castings, and 100ml mychorrizal.

Right now as seedlings they are getting direct sunlight from sunrise to sunset. I will try to do the same when they are in quart containers. When they are in gallon containers and in the ground they are going to not get as much sun... id guess 8-10 hours of direct sunlight a day.

I am in piedmont NC and it gets in the 90s during july and august... last year we had some days over 100. Frost usually happens around mid october.

Im just wondering what a reasonable expectation for yield could be? I am growing middy bag seed that i think is sativa. I really don't know what to expect... i see all these 2-3 pound grows but a lot of them are from plants that are 8 months old so i dont think i can expect that... is 8oz a plant reasonable?
