Ive got preflowers on both of mine outside. I just measured my largest is 1” shy of 6’ so I hope the hell it doesnt stretch too much! Lol. Also fighting leaf hoppers, catapillars, and pm outside already.
Those are going to be monsters! You planning on tying them down or just letting them grow?
The one that is 6' is going to probably be easily 10'.
Bugs suck! I try my best keeping up with my pest management schedule but with bigger plants it seems easier to miss spots with spray or not see starts of infestation

Planning on letting them both go. Ive hit them with both neem oil a couple times and lost coast once a week. I feel like its a losing battle so why i decided to put little effort into my outside grow, lol. I really had crappy luck outdoors the last two years so i wasnt going to do any outside. Last minute i changed my mind to, ill just put one clone and one seed in last years pots( old soil). So far ….so good!

They are looking good!
I hear you, outdoors anything can happen and ruin months of work. Last year my outdoor grow was going great until it rained and rot took 75% of it.
Running my first indoor grow now and loving it, but still planning on throwing out a couple plants every summer still.

Outdoors is always a gamble, but 25% of a 10 foot outdoor plant is more than 100% of a 2 foot indoor plant! I just prefer smoking well grown outdoor bud myself, but I appreciate indoor growing that allows me to finish plants much more prone to PM and other issues!

That's the problem for me is I have to much from my outdoor. I'm looking forward to having a little more variety.

I try to coordinate with some other outdoor growers so that we grow different things and then have plenty to share! Then we all have more variety.
I know I’m the only one growing Ethos MZ R1 in my area and errors blackjack fast. Lots of others are growing cookies strains and heavy indica strains… don’t know about south or north of me. Autos are another story entirely… big ?

Funny you should mention autos. I got 4 Jack The Ripper autos out doors, getting fairly close, but the bud worms are doing damage! I'll probably harvest them when I get tired of throwing chunks of bud on the ground. They are only 2 to 3 feet tall, but it is pretty good weed already, based on some larf I sampled.PXL_20230622_152050745.jpg

I need to make more friends. Lol
I know people who grow, but for the most part they are commercial, need to message some members on RIU who live around here

Been thinking about autos. From most of the pics I see they look like nice plants. But lots of people seem to talk bad about them

This is my 3rd auto grow and the Jack The Ripper strain I have is the best auto I have tried, out of about 10 strains. Photo period plants just produce more and better weed for not that much more effort, in my opinion.

Nice! I have only 3 out right now. 2 Autoseeds Acapulco gold and 1 Autoseeds Rainbow glue. They will be followed by some custom breeder cultivars and maybe some Seedstockers. Also just got 2 5 pks from laughing Hyena so maybe a couple of them

Killer setup there! When I saw the IBC and 55 gallon food grade barrel I immediately assumed you were doing fertigation in Promix.
That much FFOF must have cost a ton.
