How Bernie Sanders would transform the nation

Also @Harrekin get your facts straight if you want to come into a thread about US politics and argue it. The things that you've posted are the literal definition of drivel. Like when you completely discounted a measure of success being how well a candidate is polling in NH or IA.

Skewed polls!

Skewed polls!

Same bullshit the Ron Paul weirdos said too...

Fucking goofy Joe Biden is gaining on Sanders and he hasn't even announced yet.

so let's discuss the facts that you've uncovered.
Sky, I apologize for not responding sooner.

Here are some of the things in the article that I noticed in particular:

In fact, Sanders’s most recent Senate bills — legislation that would make college free and provide universal health care — attracted exactly zero Democrats as co-sponsors.
...
He also would create a new Social Security benefit: paying for Americans of any age to take 12 weeks off to care for a new baby or deal with a serious illness. The funding for that would be new taxes on wage-earners and businesses, raising $319 billion.
...
The federal education bureaucracy is already not a speedy machine. Recently, the Education Department needed 18 months and 7,000 words in the Federal Register to define the college term “credit hour.”
www.naicu.edu/docLib/20101214_CreditHourBkgrnd12-13-10.pdf
...
More broadly, Sanders has proposed more than $3.4 trillion in new taxes...

Patriot Act = Republican
Domestic Spying = started under a Republican
Abortion bans = Republican (Out of our lives, but into a woman's uterus!)
Department of Homeland Security = Largest governmental Department ever created with some of the furthest reach into the private lives of citizens... is a Republican creation.
Increased TSA checks = Republican
Voter ID laws = Republican

And more than half of the Supreme Court are "lefties?" Are you just willfully ignorant?

John Roberts = appointed by George W. Bush (Republican)
Antonio Scalia = appointed by Ronald Reagan (Republican)
Anthony Kennedy = appointed by Ronald Reagan (Republican)
Clarence Thomas = appointed by George H.W. Bush (Republican)
Ruth Bader Ginsberg = appointed by Bill Clinton (Democrat)
Stephen Bayer = appointed by Bill Clinton (Democrat)
Samuel Alito = appointed by George W. Bush (Republican)
Sonia Sotomayor = appointed by Barack Obama (Democrat)
Elena Kagan = appointed by Barack Obama (Democrat)

So I'm not sure if you can do math, but when 5 Justices are appointed by Republicans, and 4 are appointed by Democrats, that makes what? Over half lefties? No, you're just terrible at math. Republicans control SCOTUS 5 Republican nominees to 4 Democrat nominees, do you see how this works? There is however a very fascinating phenomena that happens with Justices that over time their views shift a little bit more progressive because they are appointed for life/until they retire and don't really have to answer to anyone, so they *gasp* follow the law and go to our constitution, and sometimes they even believe that the constitution should be a living document rather than a static document.
May I have permission to copy n paste the above post every time someone questions why I call the Republican Party Fascists?

Doesn't matter how well they poll in those states. It may be the system, but it's irrelevant when it comes to the final nut cutting. This issue was pointed out during The Five's discussion yesterday on FOX. They named names of candidates who were initially down in the NH and IA polls later to become only has-beens. Bob Dole/Bush is an example.

Ya just might get your shit straight if you watched once in a while. You're afraid of a civil, facts presented discussion, fair and balanced, aren't you?

He let most of the Patriot Act lapse. That's not good enough for me, either.
Orly?

"The expiring provisions of the act came up for re-authorization in late 2009. Despite months of congressional debate and a delayed vote, President Obama ended up signing a re-authorization that included no changes in early 2010."

The only thing he changed was to give "more oversight".

If you think Fox News presents facts in a fair, balanced, and civil manner that is one of the funniest jokes I've ever heard. Fox News is known for being quite the opposite by any one that's ever gone to college, works in news, or has to verify sources unless they're pulling from Fox News for a very specific view point.

Polling well in NH or IA, gives candidates momentum. The better the do in polls, the more political commentators do well, and if they so then happen to win primaries in NH and IA -- the two earliest primaries that happen before everyone else. Either an upset in NH, or a front runner falling behind in either primary has more often than not changed a race. We've seen this happen in 1952, 1968, and 2008 for the Democrats and 1980 for the Republicans.

The joke is on you. The conservative hosts have always been civil and factual. It's the libtard nutjobs like Geraldo and Bob Beckel that have lost their cool. Juan Williams is prone to talk, uh yell is more like it, over others. Beckel was bleeped so many times it's unreal. He also apologized for it, probably at the order of the producer talking in his ear piece. Now that he's gone Geraldo Rivera loses his cool all the time. He about threw a punch at Eric Bolling (who he calls 'friend'....right) and has apologized twice in the last couple of weeks for his lack of tolerance and losing his cool. His words to Bolling, "I ought to punch you out." Bolling cooly replied, "we can work something out after the show." :) .

But that's the libtard way - it's my way or fuck you. Liberals are very intolerant of opposing viewpoints witness the lame cry of "racist" every time some RIU libtard doesn't like what he hears.

Either watch the show or STFU. You obviously don't have a clue.

Will you watch the Rachel Maddow show every time I watch The Five? Because I dislike both The Five and the Rachel Maddow show and I've watched both. The Five is still terrible infactual and presents a very conservative view point. 29% of the content on Fox News has been found to be absolutely false, while only 10% of the content is "true."

So, either know what you're talking about or STFU. You obviously don't have a fucking clue.

By who? MSNBC? Hillary?
See, there we go once again you have no clue what you're talking about. Thank you for proving my point for me. If you're not willing to watch any of the very liberal shows everyday, I will absolutely not watch The Five everyday.

I asked for proof. Give me a valid, non partisan link of what you alleged.

Your game of dodge ball is over.

Politifact, non partisan. Now, I'm going to laugh while you go off on how it has liberal bias like the Conservatard you are. By saying "WHO SAID THAT MSNBC?" you proved yourself to be a moron.

Sit back down Benny Boy, you outed yourself as an idiot.
