hot shot no pest strips? to keep bugs out of a new room.... once infested

i recently had a spider might infestation. i chopped all plants gutted and cleaned room and equipment. and sanitized what i could. i put the room back together and hit it with a dr . doom fogger. im planning on a another grow in a month an would like to make sure that what ever bugs that where in the room are dead. I am thinking for the rest of the month wile i prep the grow i will hang a hot shot no pest strip to enssure no pest or bugs or spider mights are in my room when i start. I dont want any chemicals soaked into my walls that might harm my meds. Do you think it would be ok to use a nps and pull it out of the room a week before i plant anything or start gardening? any help would be appreciated. thanks tromp1

i had one of the no pest strips all through my grows. Best stuff i have found.

I think there a great idea prevention is better than cure I would have one in the room an one outside your air intake happy gardening
