what is the best light they sell on the amrket? i wont to get three 6watthps lights. are adjust a wings the best?? do they make a tent big enough to have three 600watt hps in it?

Don't believe everything Jorge says. lol
An enclosed reflector is the way to go to beat heat, assuming you plan to vent those fixtures. I have an enclosed Sun System (400w hps/mh) that can be placed pretty close to the canopy (the glass is only slightly warm to the touch). An adjust-a-wing would cook my plants at the same distance. You might want to look at the cool tubes.

Using a cool tube or sealed unit will decrease heat significantly, allowing more lights in a closed location. I would say 3 600w lights is close to a small bedroom if not a large walk in closet. They also make an amazing product I saw at my local hydro store called the icebox which just snaps onto the end of the vent near the sealed light housing and cools the air to the point it was colder than my home a/c. That might be a route you take since you are working on a much larger and more expensive set-up to begin with.

thats a cause for a fire bro , you would have to customize the tent and um just go buy a big ass cabinet and do it like that , but your better off with buying a shed and puting lights in it or build your own tent man , go ask a guy named mygirls on here. the best info ever his outdoor tent is like 14 feet high and maybe 30 feet long by 15 feet wide he built it on his own and 6 plants he got fills the whole room
