Hope you enjoy inhaling the byproducts created by the butane. Thats why the distillution with grain alcohol.

have you seen those glass balls on a stick you heat up with a torch till its real hot then use that to heat your bowl???

my buddy has the one that is a ceramic rod. it gets red hot. hold it about 1/4" above the bowl. you can vaporize with it if held at the right distance. i'm looking to get one.

or you could heat it on the stove

they should make one with an electric heating element in it, so you would't have to keep re-heating it...

or maybe they have something like that, though i've never seen it

I've made hash with the pvc piping, you have to glue the bottom on and either glue the top on and make it real hard to reload, or have strong arms.

i successfully used my pvc design a few times, very easy to do in the cold winter. when i tried this summer, the butane was much more voilate and i was covered in trim a few times. i wasted 2 whole fills, but eventually just held the cap down with my own strength.

you'd be stupid to do this within 100 feet of anything that creates fire.

i love the stories of the oiled and trimmed. like tarred and feathered. i heard a good one from a buddy. they made a jumbo one. why not glue the cap on one end and put a threaded fitting on the other?
