Bonemeal
Little bit of dehydrated sugar cane for catalyst

All of the above in a paint strainer tied to the handle on a five gallon bucket. With three and a half four gallons of RO water. Bubble for thirty hours and root drench don't spray bat shit on your buds. I cut off foiler feeding three days after I switch to flower. That's just me

I think a SST or coconut water could be what the OP is referring to. Enzymes are basically whats in those bloom enhancer bottles.
