nitrogen is mainly used during veg growth.. not flowering.. so it doesnt affect budding time.. and really you can't cut back flowering time since its sorta genetically controlled... either your buds are ready or they arent... cutting back on flowering time will only lessen your end yield and give you a less potent product..

and no.. using dilluted urine wont make your buds taste like piss..

I meant cutting back on the urine solution when it came time to the flowering period but yes thank you for the info...I'll keep that in mind :)

LOL piss pot...the thought makes me sick, I'm glad it won't affect the buds.

u can cut back flowering time .......it messes up ur bud tho and can stress it into a hermi.....if u keep ur grow room cold (high 50s at night and mid 60s during the light) they grow quicker. but all it has is fall backs....the plant flowers way quicker and u get buds quicker...but again the buds r gonna all be popcorn buds and all smaller....so ya u can but it sucks so dont.....

i dont know any kinda homemade phosphorus items... you can use miracle grows bloom formula if you want a cheaper way to go... its under 20 bucks i think... i would only go about 3/4 strength tho.. miracle grow has stuff in it the makes your plants grow unnaturally.. like giving cows hormones and shit.. it works like its supposed to.. dont get me wrong.. but natural is always better...

Wow...very very interesting. I actually know like 7 people with rabbits...that should be good.

Good sources for homemade phosphorous are:

1-Kelp, seaweed
2-Guano, bat shit
3-Steamed Bone Meal, fish or cow bones
4-Rock Phosphate

Bone meal is mixed into the soil during the initial soil preparation. It´s a slow release fertilizers, can at least 30 days to release. A top 1" salad dressing to your girls will not help within the flowering time frame, just a wasted effort.

Rock phosphate, bat guano tea, and kelp tea can be added during the flowering period for incredible results.

Anyone know of any other ways to acquire phosphorous?

I found a bat cave which I treasure dearly. It´s not easy, it take determination, the bats do fly straight at you and attack.
