Homemade Fem's test run

I decided to try the rodelization method a few months back and used BUKU for the test subjust of trying to get pollen.
With that pollen i pollinated everything in my box with it, and got from 5-30 beans from each.

Of all those, based on smoking finished product of each it was crossed with, the only two that really interest me are the BUKUxSAGE and BUKUxC99 hybrid
They both cracked and are about to break ground good

I dont have much room, and just wanted to see how the offspring would be so ill be doing them 12/12 from seed and in about a 20oz cup. I should get 10 g or so at least from each based on lineage and restricted environment, maybe a little more. Another main purpose of doing this is to use my bubble bags and finally get something worth having(like a big hash cake!!) I have a quart mason jar full of trim already, but i have the 5 gallon bags and want to have something substantial in them... Ill prolly only keep the top cola(which should be a good 5 grams or so to smoke from each and have a good sample) and the rest of them will go to the bubble bags..

Also: ill be doing some research for it a little more, but when hashing a plant, is it better to dry it first before freezing and BUbble bagging it?

Neato... LOL I was going to try to make fem seeds this next round with my own strain. I was going to use colloidal silver method but this rodelization method seems a bit easier and wont make my re sexed female clone un smokable. Good luck. I've read that both wet and dry bud is usable but I read in high times once that less plant material will get through to screens if you use fresh trim.

I used Colloidal silver as well, i just apply it to a low bud on a branch by itself and discard it after im done with the pollen its producing. I wouldnt smoke the blackened bud that was treated but the rest of the plant is fine, as long as your only applying to one bud/stem.

I have some other fem seeds maturing that ill be more excited about doing than these two, and some strains that about to be crossed even more so.
The next closest is Grapefruit Crushx C99 Hybrid and Grapefruit Krushx SAGE.
Waiting on pollen to be produced: SAGE, C99, Chocolope, Osiris, and Emerald Jack.
As soon as they get old enough(seedlings now) Chernobyl, Sour AK, and Dinafem White Widow
All of them will be crossed amongst each other based on characteristics i guess.. IM really excited to get the OSirisx Emerald Jack.
Im also planning on crossing all the sativa/mostly sativa ones i have with each other(maybe same pollen from each on same bud) and make my own sativa mix(sativa tropical mix) as most have a fruit smell except the SAGE and chocolope (which i cant wait for the SAGExchocolope, should be a great cross)
Also to be crossed in soon with some of the offspring will be some pineapple express i have i will pop soon, and i have Killing fields and mad shack on the way to add in the mix.

Less plant material would be very desirable, thanks.

The C99xBUKU is looking pretty vigurous, its been above soil for a couple days now and looks really healthy with a FAT stem that is purpleish and the leaves a very dark green like the BUKU was, but the leaves are norrower than a tiny indica would be so it may have a decent mix of genes from each.

The SAGExBUKU is trying to get established still, its shell wasnt coming off although it was above ground, so i helped remove it, and the leaves are super tiny but a lighter green color than the BUKU99, but that could be from the clorophyl not being fully established yet.. Im guessing its still establishing the roots still, maybe the growth will take off in a few days..

I think removing the seed was a bad idea, its gone now... O well, at least i didnt pay for that one...
Since the SAGExBUKU is gone, i decided to replace it with another BUKU99, might as well see a variation...

And i still have the C99 so i can backcross with it

LOL... I gotta get a camera first..
But the seedling has caught up in size and growth as the chernobyl thats over a week older, and bigger than the WW and Sour AK which got bleached from too much light.
