Homemade Different BHO consistencies

hey everyone, I keep getting a different consistency in my bho. I have not changed my methods except metal screens instead of coffee. This change my average consistency from shatter to peanutbutter. so. what are your thoughts?

The metal screens pass more fines, so you have more points of nucleation for wax/oil hydrates.
