if i grew plants inside a car with natural sunlight in the winter time, wat would the plants do? would they grow? or would they die?

i grew one in a car it had a sun roof it grew i foot in a month just crack the window a bit when it gets too warm and let fresh air inn ...... i will breath in there to get co2 yea it will work for winter ive done it
