I sit in front a computer all day and make money off the backs of conservatives like you for espousing such beliefs

You enter into my art in more ways than one! An endless supply of ideas you equal :D

How do you feel making me money? You, specifically? :D ($2K+)

Either way, you've, again, avoided the substance of my argument.. But I should tell you, your anecdotes don't convince anyone.. except my bank account!
Wtf are you talking about?

$900 a month, lol.

Redistribution isn't the answer. The reason people are poor is because they don't know how not to be (for various reasons obviously). Blaming "the rich" for taking from the poor is misguided imo.

Instead of our current welfare system that teaches people how to get the most free stuff we should figure out how to teach people to be independent. Bernie would just grow the government plantation.

And you are saying that you would vote for Obama again if you could, but since you can't, Sanders is your man...They are so vastly different it doesn't make sense to me. If you said you were on the Hillary train it would make more sense, both warmongerers, both in the pocket of wall street, both celebrities, and.. do you hate women or something?
this post proves how fucking mainstream your political leanings truly are..you really don't seek new information therefore your stagnancy will remain.

you need a political status update..the conversation has now turned to socialism and the country is talking about for the first time ever.

your post offers up nothing..you've brought nothing to the table, again.

That's just your opinion and I happen to disagree wholeheartedly. Even the countries that are considered socialists are moving away from it. You keep espousing the Nordic model yet you don't realize the efforts over there to increase capitalism. I'm sure you are completely unaware of the measures the Swiss Fed have taken this year and the rippling affect it caused but explaining it to someone who actually believes in socialism is fruitless so I'll just move on.

Thatcher had it right.

Wow, I have recently figured out the richest people in the world post on RIU political forum.

Everyone owns their own business and dont even need to work because they are making so much money (apparently off the backs of their employees)....

Wading through the knee deep bullshit...

Why do you ignore the redistribution from the bottom to the top?

Do you honestly not believe that is not happening?
Only in a philosophical way in which wages are stagnant while profits are at record highs.

Hey I know, let's put in more business regulations which are only impediments to startups, which increases the stronghold the mega-corps have. Sounds like a good idea to you doesn't it. You can do that while bitching about the increased wealth gap and maybe come up with more business impediments that feel good.

I'll say it again, supply and demand is called a law not a theory because it's been proven. Removing the competition then ordering them to pay more isn't the answer. The answer is in increased competition for labor. We saw this in the 50's with the autos, people moved to MI from all over the country because the demand for labor was there. Because they had trouble filling jobs, they had to pay more. The wages at GM are at or less than they were 30 years ago. The demand for unskilled labor has gone done, while the supply of unskilled labor has gone up.

We need job growth before we'll see wage growth, that's just simple laws of nature that have been proven over and over. You can mandate higher wages, but this has never lead to job growth.

If I showed you citation after citation that explained how these countries are relying more on the private sector to expand rather than the government you wouldn't change your stance.

If I showed you failed socialist governments throughout time over and over, including the fall of the Roman empire you wouldn't change your stance.

I've learned long ago that people who advocate socialism in spite of historical evidence are never going to be convinced otherwise.

It's an ideology, not based in reason but in emotion. Nobody changes that but themselves. Just keep blaming the rich for all of your problems and your problems will never be solved. Hoping for a "leader" to fix your ills will never bring about happiness.

We need our government to undo, not do, but that will never happen without a revolution. Too many people have to come to rely on the government instead of themselves. Please take from him and give to me is the most immoral economic system I can think of, but good luck anyway.

Nah, not worth my time. If I post it, you will tear it down. Same as how anything you post on a conservative site would get ripped apart and be not considered worthy, etc. So yeah just a big waste of time.
You are much too effected by bias. When you can step back and realize that there is no differences in politicians, things will become much clearer to you.
you are too much affected by mental retardation.

marx actually had it right.
He had a few things right but what he never accounted for was how to deal people who are willing to shit on floors of public restaurants. It's where anarchy fails every times. There has always been a certain percentage of people who actually enjoy messing things up for the rest of us. Marx felt people would just stop shitting on floors without an authority when we all know people who make this untrue.

Marx was a very intelligent insightful dude, but his endgame is a utopia when human nature is involved.

If there were 10 people living on an island, I would want a marxist like existence and think the animal farm could be contained or even eliminated, when that number is over 100 people, or let's say 300 million, his ideas are no longer valid. How do we deal with that small percentage of punch pissers and floor shitters without an authority?

Put me on ignore, it's pretty simple. You sure do reply to a lot of my posts for someone who doesn't read them though, I'm calling bullshit. Besides, people like me here so much they even followed me to p5. I can't escape some of you.

Or explain how we deal with floor shitters in a marxist utopia and maybe I won't think you are such a non-thinker.

The intolerance of the lefties here on full display...
