High temp shut off - assistance needed please

hi. I'm using a Titan 2 high temp shut off. I have 2

Can't seem to get it to work my lights.

Should the timer go first to the plug then the high temp shut off or should the high temp shut off go to the outlet then timer?

I'd say Timer>high temp>light. If you put the high temp before the timer, every time it kicks off, the timer losers power. Unless the timer has a battery backup, you'll lose time.

EDIT* If you click on the picture labeled "product diagram", it shows temp switch>timer>lights. You'll need a backup battery timer.

Thank you! I had left a msg for Titan yesterday. They called back. Here's what they said.

"It cannot be set to no reset when first turning it on. Set it to 10 min"
"Electrical box - timer - titan product"
