That would have been for some nice sandwiches I suspect - prob got the munchies based on how much nubs it makes me clip early.

Now I'm a straight man, but if I catch em again I'm gonna go all deliverance on their ass, eeeeep, EEEEEEEEP!

Lol...

Since it was the munchies that had em in my garden, ill let it slide this time. I can get on their level when it comes to munches!:weed:

Before organisms reproduced heterosexually, they reproduced asexually, meaning they reproduce on their own. That argument against evolution is based on ignorance.

I agree that there alot of plants that started asexually, but theres not hard facts to say that the weed plant was one of those plants and it still doesnt explain the origin of the plant. Where did it come from? The very first mother plant?

You can say this about other plants too man, just by chance we can smoke this one and get high. Look at the bigger picture dude. Peace

I was not talking about weed plants, just organisms in general. Cannabis would have evolved from another species that was already reproducing heterosexually.

If you're looking for the the plant that cannabis evolved from you're not going to find it. It would be extinct by now and you don't have hard bones to stand up against the test of time, only wood and that's not very helpful. Every species is forever adapting to their environments, like cannabis producing THC resin to protect itself from the harsher UV light in the Indian mountains. There isn't one plant that started it all.

I see the big picture and i understand you can say this about any plant or any living thing of that matter, but my point is there has to be a single beginning point. Even with organism evolving. Organism didnt just appear one day or did they?? Thats my big question. Im not saying i dont believe in god but there more to it then biblical matters. Its alot of science and plain ol shit happens in there too.

So basically:

You got "let there be light"- You got organism growing i guess- evolve to asexual plant- which eventually evolve to cannabis plant- which now have to be pollenated to get seeds.

Going back to the started question, the weed plant was before the seed! Case closed

Why don't we leave the Bible out of it and talk about something that's actually supported by evidence.
The Bible and evolution theory are NOT compatible

"Day 6: God ordered the land to produce land animals. God created humans." This says animals
were created in their full form, and didn't start as a single cell and evolve over time. This is
why the Bible has no evidence to support its claims, and has no place in science.

The plant that cannabis evolved from would have been a completely different species, like the neanderthal's were to us.
This plant would have already been heterosexual. Over thousands or even millions of years it would slowly have
adapted to its environment with tiny changes in the plants genetics (like how radiation mutates genes and creates mutant kids);
the offspring would have the tiny changes. The seed would have come first

Who cares about beliefs. We are not talking about beliefs, we're talking about biology.

Ummm...which came first the seed or the plant is the same argument as the chicken and the egg...but here is the issue..the chicken egg had to be laid by a chicken, so with no chicken you get no egg, and with no egg you get no chickens...I guess it all started with algae, and then moss, and then fish, and then bugs, and then frogs and then lizards, and then birds, and then mammals...So without algae there would be no anything...so which came first? the chicken or the egg? the algae that started it all.

Evolution is a tricky mistress...Lol. I mean at some point did some prehistoric bird start laying eggs and each generation was more chicken like than the previous generation, and so one day there was some huge reptilian egg and out popped a little yellow chicken? I don't know...

just keep in mind that this process of evolution took place over hundreds of millions of years

and we have developed more-webbed feet in just a couple thousand

think of it this way

the capability to reproduce never left the train of evolution. that has been there the entire time.

the reproductive process just gradually changed through evolution

but like it or not, every living thing on this planet has a common ancestor in just 2 bacteria cells.

you're looking at it like a slideshow when it's more like a time-lapse of a tree growing over thousands of years

Everybody will believe what they want and or combine biblical and evolution together if they feel like it. Like i said, im not saying i believe the bible subject nor im i saying i dont believe in it. But for everybody who is responding to the post, i went ahead and threw it out there because it will have came up.

Like you believe it was the seed that came first, other believe it was the plant, some believe it was one being who created everything. Like my man Dwezelitsame said, " to each his or her own"

People can believe what they want but i'm just saying it is irrational to believe certain parts of the Bible, and completely ignore the
creation part of it just because evolution theory has an overwhelming amount of evidence these days.

"And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so. [SUP]1:25[/SUP] And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good."

Where does evolution fit into that?

Basically geological and anthropological history have proven evolution. Some of you simply did not evolve or have not finished yet. Did God create that little popgun you have?
