Hieght Problem....help.

I have a small, acually big problem with height, can i tie down my plant and grow it like sideways or something so light gets everywhere?

iv seen training acheive some MAD results - try and coax her in a little at a time to aviod breaking stems etc tho .

im gona try n find those pics fdd put up of the bud vineyard as i call it - inspiring doesnt do it justice
