Any tips appreciated! I'm kinda doing this as low $$ as possible, but I tried to do the best with the least.
I have a total of $100 in the box/lights/hardware, $10 for the clone. With all 8 bulbs, plus fans going, I only draw 2.37 amps, for 18/6 should cost $27 per month and 12/12 only costing $18 per month.
If I veg for 2 weeks, flower for six, then replace the clone and start again. That would be 6 cycles per year, total cost (including all startup equipment) would be...
$100 equipment
$60 6 clones
$81 3 months of veg time
$162 9 months of flower time
= $403 for 1 year with above presumptions. $67.16 for each of six harvests. (and only $50.50 per harvest next year once the 'equipment' is paid off..)
I figure I need to get at least 5 to 10 grams (depending on quality) to breakeven, but with 208 actual watts of CFL in a one square foot enclosure, I think their is a chance to get a lot more, one ounce? two ounces? three???
