Let them recover, wait for new growth. And you can start Lst.. G/L

I prefer FIM over topping, only because topping tents to make the plant into a y shape and FIM just give way more (in my case) than two new shoots; but it is looking good, recover and repeat lol

Then top again lol, or run a mainline. Personaly i try to stay away from fim ( i think this tecnique is best outdoors whare a flat canopy isnt as important) seams like one arm of a fim is allways smaller than the other 2 but to each there own

yeap, time to LST. Keep the shoots tied down and flat as you can.

Looks like you went above the 3rd node? youll have 6 nice arms to work with as long as your already in the final pot.

You should get around 7-9 good branches/Tops of each arm.
