Ive had so many freinds die from heroin, I dont understand what makes people try this garbage in the first place, where I live , hepatitis c flows freely, my neibors are needle using junkies.....I hate this fucking place, used to be a nice neighborhood, now it a cess pool of hepatitis infested junkies..... cant wait to save up some cash and get the fuck outta here.....sorry for rambling....just pisses me to fuck off....
the police ignore these junkies...but they wont hesitate to bust a guy for growing 2 ganja plants about 8 inches tall and putting the shit on the front page of the paper, the police carrying the 2 plants and escorting him and his wife outof the house in handcuffs....
people od and die here a few times a week from doing smack and injecting other PRESCRIPTION MEDS.... but they fucking hide it from the good citizens by not posting the shit in the papers and on the news in fear of losing population......makes me sick....my brother in law dies from an H overdose in front of his 5 year old little girl(my neice)....she was the only one with him and sat with him dead on the living room floor for over an hour because she didnt know the address of her nanas house....thats howclose this subject hits home for me.....

See, someone who doesn't blame the drug dealer, but the drug user, for not only hurting themselves, but their community. This was my point....the people as a whole choose to do the drug, therefore make more profit for dealers, of course their going to keep selling it them, its good money. Get your friends to stop doing heroin, the dealers will stop carrying it

From my experience most people who do heroin are graduates from pills.
There are a lot of variable that play into how someone ends up on heroin. I pop percs but I just can't see myself taking it any further.
If I can't get my high from that then there is a problem.
I am not perfect so I refuse to judge others. I walk down the streey and a phien comes up, asking me for money to by food.
My response is, what do you really want it for, keep it real and I might help you out. 9 times out of 10 they all say a bag of dope or rocks.
They failed to see that they took a step and decided to jump off a ledge. Supply and demand my friend. People who hustle do it because its a way of life. Not a game or a simple job cuzz its not. ok my point if they weren't there to offer it too them like chitown said before "first time is free" then it wouldn't be a problem. just because there is the demand doesn't mean you need to support it. you still haven't backed up why its ok to profit off the down fall of others. your just giving excuses on how its the junkies fault that they want it. well you don't just wake up one day as a junkie. the girl i dated wasn't a junkie from the start. yea we partied hard and had fun, but never to that level. then one day she went to some party back in her home town and came back the next day and cried to me that she let someone stick her with a needle. i slowly watched her life fall apart. this was a smart and beautiful girl who was on her way to college. i tried to help, but there was little i could do. she has been in and out of rehab 2 and now calls me and talks about suicide. i feel awful for leaving her, but if i can't fix her habit then i don't need the burden of watching it kill her. my point it starts somewhere, so yes i will hate the dealer and as far as you talking about my personal life and close ones in such a low manner when i'm talking about a loss in my life, well, honestly it shows what kind of person you are so i don't really care for your ignorant opinion. go ahead back up the destruction of innocent peoples lives. sure they slipped up. fucked up really hard but who was there to promote it in the first place?

oh and worm i can respect the way you went about saying it a lot more then the others, but still cannot agree. you say it like its their only option to sell drugs. i work two shitty jobs at the moment while trying my hardest to save for some sort of education to better myself. i'm making it and have plenty of friends that are doing the same. some with families and work the same shitty jobs as me and they don't resort to selling dope. i also have a criminal record so once you have one your life isn't stuck to a life of crime. it just depends on how you go about it. what you make of it i guess would be a better way to say it.

I've read that many people end up on the shit because they loose medical benefits or have scripts cancelled after haveing them too long.

i could see that happening easily. don't quite blame them. the way our doctors get patients hooked on something and then just give them another addictive substance to try to get them off of it. there are better options though than heroin. personally i would go with poppy tea if i were in that predicament.

That's real cool of you man.... benzo withdrawal can cause seizures and actually kill you! Also, cutting it with diphenhydramine/benadryl because it "makes their bones not hurt"? Are you serious? Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine... and it doesn't "make your bones not hurt". It can help minimally with opiate withdrawal symptoms, but it mainly relieves minor symptoms and helps you sleep... However, putting it in the dope isn't going to do shit. They would want to take it when they're coming down..

there you go. an opiate is an opiate is an opiate........ and thats pretty much what i experienced. been there, done that, got the t-shirt.......occasionally still wear the t shirt too.........you just have to be fully aware of your weaknesses and conduct yourself accordingly. but not too many people can do that. IMHO id say maybe 10% (at most) of people have enough strength to use "responsibly".. for the most part i think its safe to say that if you chase the dragon you WILL get bit. stay away from opiates. if you are not currently addicted and you decide to mess around......ill bet you $$$$$$$$$$ that you will become a pill popper. dont tempt yourself......stick to herb and let the idiots (like me) deal with addiction.

Heroin, Methadone is the same to me...

I tried to help one of them, gave her free oz's for helping me trim etc..

Still she stole from me.. and disrespected me. Had to let her go as a friend.

That shit is EVIL! Im glad I never got into that shit.. although, I have tried it a few times. Hated the feeling. I dont get it at all.
