Yeah looks like it, sorry for the bad news. If the plant has a lot more female flowers than male ones you can try plucking the pollen sacs with a pair of tweezers or something.

yes theres only 4 ive found on the plant

Looks like it to me. Pluck those right away or get rid of her.
Ive picked some like that and most of time never came back but just when its a few. Some hazes will do that shit.
Check for light leaks and all that good stuff, And use only green LED lights if you have to go in your room during dark.
Not saying you have these problems but its always good to keep in mind.

just spent an hour taking a good look over the plant i found 7 in all plucked them all none were opening so hopefully will be ok

could have been a direct Hermie parent that's probably why the bag had seeds in it, so may have been a feminized
