sorry to say man, but it's a hermie. Oh well, just pluck the male pollen sacks off and there shouldn't be too much compromise on bud.

If we took clones off the herm before we were able to sex em are the clones going to go hermi too?

The clones will all be an exact genetic copy of the mother plant, yes they will be hermie, or at least highly susceptible to this condition.
