Hey All,
So here's my dinafem blue widow that i cloned from my outdoor and brought inside. Been in flower for 20 days now. Noticed these this morning.. 99.9% i think it's a hermie.. Never actually seen one in real life. So what now? It's my only plant growing so not worried about pollination etc.

Just after confirmation. Unfortunately! And suggestions..
Cheers..

Heres some better pics.. So there's a few of these on there.. Booo.. They do have massive pistils coming out of them still so i'm a bit unsure.. The actual colas look great. Can't see anything at all that resembles hairy sacs in them thank god..

Cheers guys...

I cloned it from outdoor and it sat in a solo cup for around a month before i got it under my Solarflare, stunted.. Also super cropped and topped it.. There's enough reason to believe i stressed it i think!! haha.. The rest of her looks fucking magnificent though..

So.. Do we think they are balls??? Even with the huge pistils??
Go ahead and castrate the bitch???

I guess i've never plucked them off to look at closely!! I'm a little paranoid as it's my first indoor grow and i gave the girl such a rough start in life.. So let her go and grow?? Fuck i hope so.. I've been so impressed with her so far..
Up the canucks!! haha

Let it grow. You have a nice plant don't wreck it.

If you see hair it's female, no hair it's male. Easy.

Looks like you have plucked a couple seeds to me, not pollen sacs. You might have popped a sac a few weeks ago and not seen it.

Anyway super common it doesn't mean there is a problem or you did anything wrong, they look great

My plants always done that too.... The calyxes are just swelling up at each node, they aren't seeds or sacks.

Great looking plant by the way :weed:

It just tripped me out as inside there was a hard round seed shape.. Very small and premature though.. Guess i've never really pulled a calyx apart like that though in hindsight!! haha.. Such a relief..
This whole indoor thing is exciting as all hell!! Even if it means the occasional freak out like this morning..

When I first started growing I thought those were balls too. But hair came out of them and I let it grow. It turned out to be female flowers.

this is a hermie

If you see a herm its either genetic and will herm no matter how perfect your environement, or its a stress response and not guaranteed to herm in future cuttings of that strain.

Cant tell what the small round premie seed looking thing is with that picture.

I agree hermi's are in my opinion genetic related and I'm not convinced it has to do with stress(light leaks, toppin etc etc).

Those pots are cool looking. I use the cloth pots, any advantage of the spikes, other than having a badass full flower room with them?

You may actually disagree with what I said if you feel that light leaks, spikes in food, poor ph and other general stress factors dont contribute to the likelyhood of a plant turning herm.

I do of course understand that there are genetic herms (herm plants produce herm/female seeds) but I believe you can take a female genetic line and stress it to produce herm nanners.

FWIW, I top the hell out of my veg plants and my moms, numerous times. This has never given me a herm result in my genetic line. A major light leak or messing with their light schedule I bet would do it though.
