hi there just a quicky whats the best way to take down my babys iv bin told that it is good to put the holl plant upside down with the roots in a bag and let it dry that way this is not how did last time but wanted to try something new this go so was wondering if it was true or crap plz halp andy
personally i just chop off each stem and hang them up on hangers in a dry dark room thats as close to room temp as possible
let them hang for about a week or so and then put the buds in jars for two weeks or more

i wouldnt try hanging the whole plant upside down, the thc is in the sticky resin, not the roots

p.s. trim as much leaves off as u can as soon as u can, its harder the longer u wait

Okay so, I had a bunch of nice looking seedlings yesterday, and today they looked all shriveled and wilted and pretty much dead. I don't know what happened. This is my first grow, so i expected to make some mistakes, but they looked so good yesterday. I have been trying not to over water, because i have heard that is the #1 plant killer. however, now i think that they may have just dried up. its not like i didn't give them any water! Can they be brought back to life, or should i try to start over when i get some more seeds? any advice for getting a grow started off right, or bringing wilty seedlings back to life? they still have some green on them, and brown and purple on stems. stems are also very flimsy. I need help!!!

dont have a clue what strain, i got the seeds from a mate in spain, he been growing for years and the weed is good. i just thought it was slow, guess not.

I just recently started a CFL grow, I'm currently 25 days into it, I have 4 plants (bagseed) all are aprox 6-7in w/ 5-6 node sites. They are very bushy with little nute burn.
I wanted to grow small plants so i just changed the lights to 12/12, figuring that ill get a 1-2ft plant. My friend has never grown small plants before and think its the wrong way to grow. Regardless of the yeild or quality I get, will it work? and if so how much yeild roughly would i get. They are all different bagseeds.

I would grab yourself some quality soil. also for nutes i hear a lot of good reveiws about advanced nutes and fox farm. Both have nutes specified for veg and flowering. careful not to overwater and thats the basics to making chron. all i got haha

i have a question. i got 2 clones and put them directly into the ground with some supersoil and added a little plant food not sure which type but i over watered the hell out of them and killed one baby. my other is doing decent i believe but the bottom leaves of the clone has wilted and died and the leaf above that is following in its path. the rest of the plant is going good growing steadily i guess. my question is, is myplant dying or is the sun not making it to the bottom leaves and focusing its efforts on growing the new top level leaves. first grow ever by the way so i would LOVE some help here. i wana at least just produce some buds, dont really caer if its dank just wana get expirence, anyways help would be awesome

It isn't from the water, unles your pots hold to much water in them and doesn't have a good drain to it. If I were you I wouldn't use any plant food on it for about 2-3 weeks to let the roots get good and strong, or you might risk burning the plant. That is probably what happend to the bottom leaves if i were to guess. Cause as long as the soil stays moist and doesn't dry out fast then the sun shouldn't be killing them off.

It isn't overwatering that kills the plants. if you have good soil and the water can drain through good then it doesn't hurt to water them. Just think there is bud that is grown in water so how could you over water it. Now if your soil doesn't drain good and water is just soaking the soil, they probably won't be able to absorb nutes that they need. Also stay away from plant food for a while until the root system is good and health. Until you have about 2-3 nodes.

Hi!
I'm currently germinating two seeds, and getting ready to plant them in my newly built PC case!
I just had a quick question about worm castings

I bought a bag of worm castings which was much larger then i needed (since im growing micro in a PC case) i was wondering if i could grow my girls in a 100% worm castings?

Would this be extremly beneficial? or possibly harm them?

I can purchase some form of topsoil to mix it with if i need to.

thanks!

Bro I just bought an 8 pin recycle timer with the socket and don't have the slightest idea how to wire it. I've tried connecting the positive and negative two posts on one side and out positive and negative to the adjacent terminals on the other side to no avail. Please help.
